Processing & delivery
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 10–15 calendar days after you place your order, including processing time. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. If you need your suit for a specific event, please allow enough time for delivery and any alterations.
Shipping costs, taxes & duties
Standard shipping is free to eligible U.S. destinations. Taxes and import duties are included. You will not be asked to pay additional shipping charges, taxes or import duties upon delivery.
Where we ship
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, or Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Pacific and Armed Forces Europe addresses.
Returns & exchanges
- 30-day returns: unworn suits with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Exchanges: need a different size? Email support@suitscenter.com with your order number for assistance. Size-related returns go to our designated U.S. return address; the buyer pays return shipping costs.
- How to start: contact us before sending anything back and we'll share the return instructions for your order.
- Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
Sale items are final sale unless faulty. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
